What's Your Emotional Content Score?

As 2020 continues to unfold, the emotional rollercoaster we are all on shows no signs of slowing down any time soon. In fact, we may now be entering a more difficult, drawn out stage that brings new and complicated challenges with it. Many people are fatigued, unsure, stressed and cautious. That means it’s more important than ever to make sure you’re in tune with your audience, their needs, and their emotional state of mind.

In a recent post we suggested the idea of using a measure of your content’s emotional appropriateness as a way to ensure your content will be well received by your audience. Following positive feedback, we’ve developed this up our Emotional Content Score tool a little more and are offering it again here.

It’s quick and easy to do, so put your scheduled content to the ECS test today. Do this before you publish and give it a tweak if you think it’s not quite hitting the mark. Your audience and brand will both thank you for it.
